BMAC Expansion Delayed...

Due to fuel costs. This is the first item on every airline's excuse list during periods of high fuel costs.

Why did we lose money?
high fuel costs

Why did we curb a/c deliveries?
high fuel costs

why did we suspend growth that we announced just a few weeks ago?
high fuel costs

Anyone else not buying this? Anyone know what the real reason is?

Please. This operation has been a fuster cluck from almost the beginning. It's sad, because with some decent management, they could actually do something with this airline. Sad, but not a surprise.

The "high fuel cost" excuse is a lot more plausible from airlines that actually *fly* their schedules on a regular basis. It's really weak coming from BMAC.
